2. Nonclinical, Nonmedical Nature of Our Programs

SOW's programs, resources, and content are spiritual and community-based. They are nonclinical and nonmedical, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or mental health treatment. Nothing on this Site, and no interaction with SOW staff, mentors, or volunteers, should be understood as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 or a licensed professional immediately.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;

Donations made through the Site are processed by a third-party donation platform. By donating, you also agree to that platform's applicable terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at SOW's discretion. SOW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and eligible gifts may be tax-deductible; please consult a tax professional regarding your specific situation.

6. Volunteer and Event Participation

Signing up to volunteer or attend an event through the Site is an expression of interest and does not guarantee placement, participation, or availability. SOW may follow up to confirm details, requirements, or scheduling.
